Our
first greyhound, Kelly, came into our lives in 1996. Iit was
quickly apparent that greyhounds are a special gift - truly a
breed apart. Greta joined us in 1997; Trooper came three years
later. We currently have three adopted hounds - Delia, Claribel and Sugar. We became devoted advocates to this wonderful breed,
so it was natural for me to reflect my love of greyhounds in my sculpture.
My husband & I are currently involved with Greyhound Rescue and Adoption of Tampa Bay in Florida; he also maintains the website for First State Greyhound Rescue, which serves eastern Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley. As a consequence of our commitment to these beautiful creatures, a portion of all Greyt Gifts sales directly assists greyhound rescue & adoption efforts. | | |
